摘要
研究了应急快速检测硫化氢气体的新技术——硫化氢检测仪技术.该法是基于朗格-比尔定律、亚甲基蓝分光光度法和化学吸收原理,硫化氢可通过空气采样器富集在吸收液中,检测管为内装特定测试液的真空玻璃管,吸收液自动定量吸入管内完成显色反应,仪器采用RGB色度传感器芯片将可见光全波长颜色系统的色度空间的各项参数量化,通过微电脑控制器的积分整合和数模转换,根据仪器内存储的标准溶液工作曲线直接得到环境中硫化氢的浓度.该检测仪集采样与分析为一体,可快速测定硫化氢气体的质量浓度.经过应用实验表明,具有较高的灵敏度,达到设计要求.
A passive detection tube for hydrogen sulfide is based on the principle of Lambert-Beer and methyleneblue spectrophotometric method and chemical adsorption. The hydrogen sulfide in air can be collected in absorptionsolution by air sampler,and the test tube is a vacuum glass pipe within a specific testing solution contained.Instantaneously,the sample water is automatically inhaled into the test tube quantitatively,and then it is reacted withthe chromogenic reagent to complete color reaction in several minutes. Then,the test tube that have completed colorreaction is inserted into tester. Using RGB chromaticity sensor to quantize the parameters of chroma space in fullwavelength color system of visible light and through the integral integration and digital analog conversion ofmicrocomputer controller,the testing result of hydrogen sulfide concentration is directly obtained from the standardsolution working curve stored in the instrument. The detection apparatus is combined with communication betweensampling and analysis. The experimental result shows this method is practical and meets the design request.
