摘要
2-茚酮是制备盐酸茚丙胺(Aprindine HCL)、头孢雷特(Ceforanide)等原料药的中间体,是重要的有机合成中间体;采用乙酸为溶剂,乙酸酐为催化剂,过氧化氢氧化制备1,2-茚二醇,与稀硫酸溶液反应得到2-茚酮粗产品,真空升华得到高纯的2-茚酮,总收率为89%,制备工艺没有三废排放,制备出的高纯2-茚酮放置半年不变色.
2-Indanone is mainly used for preparing Aprindine HCL,Ceforanide and important fine chemicalintermediates in organic synthesis. 1,2-Dihydroxyindan is prepared by a simple method using 1H-indene as rawmaterials in acetic acid with acetic anhydride as catalytic agent and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The total yield ofthe purity of 2-indanone is 89% by reacting with dilute sulfuric acid solution and vacuum sublimation. Thepreparation of high purity 2-indanone placed half a year without changing. The preparation process of high purity 2-indanone is no waste emissions and green process.
