摘要
针对大庆油田Q区块油藏实际,通过组分优化优选配方,制备出能有效封堵高渗层的复合有机铬交联体系,该凝胶体系具有良好的抗剪切性和热稳定性,经岩心孔隙剪切10次的凝胶强度在9400 m Pa·s以上,油藏温度环境下3个月内体系黏度保留率达80%.最后对该配方凝胶体系在多轮次注入情况下的调剖情况进行了研究,通过三个轮次的调剖措施能达到改善层间非均质性和有效调整吸水剖面的目的,共提高采收率达17.6%.该凝胶体系在大庆油田Q区块多轮次调剖矿场试验中取得了显著的效果,可采地质储量累计增加1060 t.
A composite organic chromium cross-linking system which can effectively plug high permeable strata isprepared by optimizing the formulation basing on characteristics of Q-block reservoir in Daqing Oilfield. This gelsystem shows a nice shearing resistance and thermal stability. The gel strength is above 9400 m Pa·s after shearing10 times by core pore. The viscosity retention rate of gel system is 80% within three months under the reservoir temperature.Finally,profile controlling of this gel system for multi-round injection was studied. The purpose of improving interlayerheterogeneity and adjusting water absorption profile was achieved by three rounds of profile control measurement. Itenhances oil recovery by 17.6% in total. The field test of this gel system for multi-round profile control in Q block ofDaqing Oilfield has achieved remarkable results,it can increase recoverable geological reserves by 1060 t.
