摘要
根据建立的城市智慧乐居评价指标体系,运用熵权灰色关联模型,对比分析郑州与国内主要都市区城市智慧宜居水平的差异;同时分析了郑州市2005—2014年智慧乐居水平的变化特征及发展趋势.研究表明:(1)从郑州与不同城市对比情况看,郑州智慧乐居综合水平最低.从分系统水平看,在便民出行保障与绿色环境保障方面郑州均处于最低水平,市政设施保障与商业贸易保障方面郑州处于较低水平,居民住房保障方面郑州处于中等水平,科教文化保障与卫生医疗保障郑州处于较高水平.(2)从时间上看,2005—2014年郑州市智慧乐居综合水平呈现出波动上升趋势.2007年之前智慧乐居综合水平呈现出缓慢平稳上升状态;2008—2010年波动较大,其中,2009年综合水平上升幅度较大,2010年智慧乐居水平出现大幅度下降;2011年以来智慧乐居水平呈快速上升趋势.最后,根据郑州在智慧乐居发展中存在的问题提出了若干建议.
Based on the connotation of cities' intelligent livability level,an evaluation index system of whichwas established in this paper. Using the entropy-weighted gray correlation model and spatial analysis method,thispaper analyzed the intelligent livability level of Zhengzhou and other contrast cites in 2014,and analyzed thetemporal characteristics of intelligent livability level of Zhengzhou from 2005 to 2014. The results were as follows.Firstly,the evaluation index of intelligent livability in Zhengzhou was 0.442,which represented the lowest levelamong all the research subjects. And from the seven aspects of traffic trip,commercial services,municipal infrastructure,educational guarantee,housing security and green space facilities,most of them remained lower in Zhengzhou. Secondly,intelligent livability level of Zhengzhou indicated a fluctuant rising tendency from 2005 to 2014. The specificperformances were as follows,the intelligent livability level was rising slowly and steadily from 2005 to 2007.However,a larger fluctuation was appeared from 2008 to 2010. Since 2011,it began to hold a quick rising tendency.At last,based on the analysis of problems of intelligent livability in Zhengzhou,this paper put forward some suggestionsto improve the intelligent livability level.
