早期进食护理在胸腰椎骨折内固定术后患者中的应用

Application of Early Feeding Nursing in Patients with Thoracolumbar Fracture Internal Fixation

目的:评估早期进食护理对胸腰椎骨折内固定术后患者的临床护理效果。方法:94例胸腰椎骨折内固定术后患者随机分为实验组51例和对照组43例,分别进行早期进食护理和常规性护理。比较两组术后胃肠功能影响指标、并发症发生情况、平均住院天数、平均住院费用,以及护理满意度等相关指标。结果:两组术后恶心、呕吐、腹胀的发生率相似,观察组在早排气、早排便和恢复正常进食等各项指标上均显著较对照组恢复更快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均住院天数较对照组减少2.62天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组总并发症发生率分别为15.7%和20.9%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理工作满意度(90.20%)显著高于对照组(67.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期进食护理,有助于促进胸腰椎骨折内固定术患者术后的快速功能康复,提高患者对护理工作满意度。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical nursing effect of early eating care in patients with thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation. Methods: 94 patients with thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation were randomly divided into experimental group( n = 51) and control group( n = 43). Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care,and early feeding nursing care were used in the observe group. The postoperative gastrointestinal function index,nursing satisfaction,clinical nursing efficacy such as complications,average length of hospitalization and average hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of nausea,vomiting and abdominal distension was similar in the two groups. The patients in observation group recovered faster in early exhaust,early defecation and normal feeding than those in control group; the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was 2. 62 days less than that in the control group; and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of total complication in the observation group and the control group was 15. 7% and 20. 9%,respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05) The nursing satisfaction was 90. 20% in observe group,which was higher than 67. 44% in control group( P < 0. 05); the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Early feeding nursing can help to promote the rapid functional rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation,and improve the patient 's satisfaction with nursing work.
