The Research Progress of Self-care Ability Present Situation And Its Influencing Factors of Intestinal Colostomy Patients In China

对我国肠造口患者自我护理能力的现状及其影响因素进行综述,并针对其现状及影响因素提出制定路径化的护理流程及标准、完善造口护理人才队伍、完善造口延续性护理等建议,为临床护理管理人员及护理人员提高造口患者的自我管理能力提供参考。

In this article,the self-care ability and its influencing factors of intestinal colostomy patients in China was reviewed. In view of the current situation and influencing factors,some countermeasures were suggested,such as making the clinical pathway of nursing process and standards,improving the nursing talent team and improving the colostomy related continuity of care. The goal of countermeasures is to improve the self-care ability of intestinal colostomy patients,eventually to improve the quality of life.
