关于锅筒在滚轮架上孔加工的止动装置设计

摘要 当锅筒放置在滚架上加工孔时,由于板厚及钻头施加力的作用,会造成锅筒产生轻微转动,从而影响到所要加工孔的方向及位置精度;为保证锅筒上孔的加工质量,介绍了一种简单实用、操作简便、成本低廉且能有效防止锅筒在滚轮架上加工孔时不会产生窜动及转动的止动装置。 When the drum is processed the holes which is placed on the turning rolls, it will cause slight running and turning, thus affect to the direction and position precision of machining hole ,due to the thinckness of the plate and the effect of drilling force. In order to ensure the processing quality of the hole on the drum, it is necessary to make process holes on the drum which can't roll on the turning rolls. This paper introduces a device which is simple and practical, simple operation, low cost and it can effectively prevent the drum in the roller shelf when machining hole won't produce rash move and rotate the stop.
