横管初冷器是煤气冷却系统的核心装置,横管初冷器的运行效果决定煤气净化效果和焦油、萘的回收效果。重钢焦化厂横管初冷器投产以来运行不稳定,阻力上升快,净化效果差,给后续工段带来很大影响。其主要原因是喷洒液喷洒效果差、停工清扫方式存在缺陷以及操作制度不完善,通过喷洒管的扩大、喷洒液的调整以及操作制度的完善,延长横管初冷器的运行周期,提高横管初冷器的运行效果,为煤气净化系统提供必要条件。
