摘要 横管初冷器是煤气冷却系统的核心装置,横管初冷器的运行效果决定煤气净化效果和焦油、萘的回收效果。重钢焦化厂横管初冷器投产以来运行不稳定,阻力上升快,净化效果差,给后续工段带来很大影响。其主要原因是喷洒液喷洒效果差、停工清扫方式存在缺陷以及操作制度不完善,通过喷洒管的扩大、喷洒液的调整以及操作制度的完善,延长横管初冷器的运行周期,提高横管初冷器的运行效果,为煤气净化系统提供必要条件。 The cross tube primary cooler is the core of the gas cooling system, the operation effect of the horizontal tube primary cooler determines the purification effect ofthe gas and the recovery effect oftar and naphthalene. The horizontal tube primary cooler of coke oven plant is unstable, the resistance rises quickly, poor purification effect, It has a great influence on the follow-up section. The main reason is that the spraying effect is poor, the cleaning method has defects and the operation system is imperfect, through the expansion ofthe spraying pipe, the adjustment ofthe spraying fluid and the improvement of the operation system, prolong the running period ofthe cross tube primary cooler, to improve the running effect of cross tube primary cooler, provide the necessary conditions for the gas purification system.
