摘要 目的评价^(60)Co-γ射线辐照灭菌技术对丁香药材质量的影响。方法建立10批丁香的GC特征图谱,比较辐照前后(5或10kGy辐照10h)丁香样品特征图谱色谱峰的变化,并利用GC-MS法对共有峰成分进行确认,利用SPSS 17.0对共有峰面积进行方差分析及配对t检验。结果 GC特征图谱分析显示,10kGy辐照剂量辐照10h对4个共有峰面积无影响。结论辐照剂量在10kGy以下对丁香药材质量无影响。 Objective To evaluate the effect of ^(60)Co-γirradiation sterilization technology on the quality of clove.Methods GC specific chromatogram of 10 batches of dried clove was established,the variations between the non-irradiated and irradiated(at 5or 10 kGy for 10h)clove samples were compared.The common peaks of clove chemical constituents were identified by GC-MS.The variance analysis and paired t test were used to investigate the difference in common peaks of various samples by SPSS 17.0.Results The GC characteristic chromatogram analysis showed that there was no significant effect of irradiation(at 10 kGy for 10h)on the 4common peak areas of clove.Conclusion Irradiation dose had no effect on the chemical components of clove significantly at or below 10 kGy.
