摘要
目的比较研究胡桃楸根、茎枝、叶和果等不同部位水提取物的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法采用H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠模型,以环磷酰胺为阳性对照,以瘤质量、免疫器官指数、外周血象和肝功能为指标,比较胡桃楸不同部位水提取物对H22肝癌实体瘤的抑制作用及对荷瘤机体正常免疫和生理功能的影响。结果胡桃楸果、叶和根低剂量组(1.77g·kg-1)小鼠肿瘤质量显著小于模型组,抑瘤率分别为30.58%,25.62%和23.14%。胡桃楸枝未显示明显的抗肿瘤作用。在提高荷瘤小鼠免疫力、改善荷瘤小鼠外周血常规和肝功能等方面,各胡桃楸水提取物未表现出积极的作用。但与环磷酰胺组比较,胡桃楸未显示出抑制免疫功能、杀伤白细胞和使小鼠体质量降低等不良反应。结论胡桃楸不同部位具有一定的抗肿瘤作用,抗肿瘤作用由强到弱的顺序为果>叶>根>枝。
Objective To evaluate the anti-tumor effects of the water extracts of different parts of Juglans mandshurica.Methods H22 hepatocarcinoma bearing mice were used.The anti-tumor potency was evaluated by tumor weight and inhibition ratio of tumor growth.The immune organ index,hematological parameters and hepatic functions were determined to estimate the effects of different extracts on the immune function of H22 tumor bearing mouse.Results The results showed that the fruit,leaf and root at low dose(1.77g·kg-1)showed significant inhibitory effects on the growth of tumor organs with the inhibition ratio of 30.58%,25.62% and 23.14%,respectively.There was no improved effect of all water extracts on immune,hematological and hepatic functions.All water extracts of Juglans mandshurica did not exhibit side effects,which were typical of cyclophosphamide,such as immune suppression,killing white blood cell and loss of body weight.Conclusion Different parts of Juglans mandshuricashowed different potencies,fruitleafrootbranch,in anti-tumor activity.
