摘要
重点研究了府谷煤采用流化床燃烧技术时正常运行床温稳定燃烧试验工况下污染物排放特性。试验结果表明,府谷煤污染物原始排放主要影响因素为运行床温、炉内投入石灰石量和运行氧量。运行过程中,通过调整一次风量等参数严格控制平均运行床温<910℃,能够避免变负荷过程NO_X排放较大波动。结合府谷煤的燃尽特性、NO_X和SO_2排放特性,综合协调控制运行床温、SNCR脱硝喷氨量、炉内投入石灰石量和运行氧量等参数,实现府谷煤的洁净、经济和高效燃烧。
The pollutant discharge characteristics of Fugu( Shanxi province) coal are mainly studied when using fluidized bed combustion technology in normal running bed temperature under stable combustion test condition. The experimental results show that the main influencing factors for original pollutant discharge of Fugu coal is running bed temperature, amount of lime-stone into furnace and running oxygen content in the flue gas. In the process of operation, strictly controlling the average run-ning bed temperature less than 910^ by adjusting the parameters such as primary air flow, can avoid the large fluctuations of N0X emissions in load change process. Combining with burnout characteristics of Fugu coal and emission characteristics of N0X and S02, the clean, economic and efficient combustion of Fugu coal will be realized by comprehensively coordinating control parameters such as running bed temperature and SNCR denitration spray amount of ammonia, amount of limestone into furnace and running oxygen content in the flue gas etc.
