摘要
文章介绍了万能轧机特点,万能法轧制60AT2高速道岔轨生产工艺,孔型设计的基本方法和基本参数设计;并对不对称断面孔型设计、导卫装置设计和矫直孔型设计进行简要分析,最后对60AT2高速道岔轨生产的产品质量情况进行总结分析。
This paper introduces the characteristics of universal mill, the production process of 60AT2 high speed turn-out rail by universal rolling and the basic methods and parameters of pass design. It also briefly analyzes the pass design of asymmetrical section, the design of guide equipment and the pass design of straightening. Finally, the product quality of 60AT2 high speed turnout rail production is summarized and analyzed.
