文章针对22~#、25~#角钢生产过程中存在的问题,自行研制共用导卫,将滑动导卫改为滚动导卫,优化孔型设计及轧制规程,避免了角钢的腿部刮伤并且保证了成品尺寸,有效的提高了产品质量和产量。

In view of the problems existing in the production process of No. 22 and No. 25 angle steel, the common guide is self - developed, the sliding guide is changed into rolling guide and the pass design and rolling schedule are opti-mized to avoid the scratch of angle steel leg, guarantee the size of finished product and effectively improve the quality and output of product.
