重轨矫直缺陷产生原因分析及解决方法

摘要 包钢钢联轨梁轧钢厂引进的德国SMS平-立复合矫直机在矫直钢轨过程中,产生钢轨矫痕、扭转、矫直不对称等缺陷。文章分析了缺陷形成的原因,即水平矫直辊孔型和垂直矫直辊的孔型及矫直工艺对钢轨矫痕、扭转、不对称有影响,通过设计合理的矫直孔型优化方案、调整方法,解决了钢轨矫直缺陷的问题。 Germany SMS flat - vertical compound straightener introduced by Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel pro-duces defects such as straighting mark, torsion and straightening asymmetry of rails in the process of straightening rails. In the paper, it is analyzed the cause of defects formation, that is, roll pass of horizontal straightening roll, roll pass of vertical straightening roll and straightening processing have influence on straightening mark, torsion and straightening asymmetry of rails. Through designing reasonable optimization scheme for straightening pass and adjusting the method, the problem of rail straightening defects is solved.
