摘要
文章论述了包钢轨梁厂轧机牌坊经过多年运行后现阶段存在的问题,着重对轧机牌坊腐蚀的原因进行了深度分析,通过目前各种牌坊修复方法的对比,提出运用激光熔覆技术对轧机牌坊进行在线修复,并对修复后的运行状况进行了总结和评价。
In the paper, it is expounded the rolling mill house problems existing at present stage in Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel after years of operation, and causes of rolling mill house corrosion are analyzed in depth. Through the comparison of various methods for rolling mill house repair, laser cladding technology is used to repair rolling mill house on line, and the operation condition after repair is summarized and evaluated.
