以嘉兴市芦席汇历史街区为研究对象,对该街区的土地利用现状以及历史街道空间的利用现状进行了调查分析,从街道空间的多功能以及原居民的生活需求等方面,对芦席汇历史街区的保护开发提出了对策和建议,有利于保护历史风貌,保留具有城市特色价值的历史街区。

Taking historic block of Luxihui in Jiaxing city as the research target, the paper investigates and analyzes the land utilization status and historic street space utilization status, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for protecting and developing historic block of Luxihui from aspects of multiple street space functions and original residents＇ living demand, which will be good for protecting historic shape and reserving historic block with city specialty value.
