The paper analyzes the status for the heat-supply and ventilation design for the high-rise buildings, illustrates the design and methods for the heat-supply and ventilation of the buildings from the promotion of the quality standard for the heat-supply and ventilation, enhancement of the reliability for the heat-supply and ventilation design, and reasonable design for air-conditioner facilities according to the problems in the design ,and sums up the quality ensuring measures, so as to enhance the heat-supply and ventilation design of high-rise buildings in China.
