摘要 本实验采用响应面法优化使用离子交换树脂脱去五味子中色素的工艺,分别选取脱色剂、脱色剂用量、洗脱次数、洗脱液pH和温度进行单因素脱色试验,在此基础上,得到脱色剂用量、洗脱液pH、温度为响应因素。以五味子果实提取液脱色率(Y1)为响应值,按Design expert8.0.6软件设计实验,并对实验结果进行响应面分析,得到拟合较好的最佳脱色条件:脱色剂用量22.5%、洗脱液pH5.34、温度29℃,在此条件下,脱色率可达76.5%。结果表明,响应面优化法分析的结果可信,所得的最佳提取条件为五味子提取物的综合利用奠定了基础。 This research aimed to optimize decolourization process from Schisandra chinensis with the response surface method. The best decoloring conditions (decolorant, times, dosage, pH and temperature) for S. chinensis were screened in order to provide a theoretical basis for the response surface method. Different decolorizing agents were used and the most suitable one was selected. According to the standard of decolorizing rate, the effects of bleaching agent dosage, pH and temperature on decolourization rate ofiS*. chinensis were evalu-ated. The optimal conditions were identified by Box-Behnken response surface design method. D941was identified as the best bleaching agent. The best decoloring process condition identified by Box-Behnken response surface method was 22.5% dosage of D941, pH 5.34, bleaching temperature for 29C. The bleaching rate was 76.5% on this condition. The response surface methodology was applied to the op-timization of the decolourization process from S. chinensis, whose process laid a foundation for the comprehensive utilization of 51. chinensis.
