胃镜联合腹腔镜微创治疗胃间质瘤的疗效初步评估

Preliminary Evaluation of Minimally Invasive Treatment of Gastric Stromal Tumors by Endoscopy Combined with Laparoscopy

目的:评估分析胃镜联合腹腔镜微创治疗胃间质瘤的效果。方法:随机划分76例胃间质瘤成对照组38例和研究组38例,对照组以开腹手术治疗,研究组联合胃镜和腹腔镜微创治疗,比较两组手术情况以及效果。结果:研究组术中出血量、排气时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生率均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:联合胃镜和腹腔镜微创治疗胃间质瘤,操作简单,安全性高且并发症少。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of endoscopic combined with laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of gastric stromal tumors. Methods： Randomly divided 76 cases of gastric stromal tumors into the control group of 38 cases and 38 cases of the study group,the control group was treated with open surgery,the study group combined with endoscopic and laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment,compared the two groups of surgery and the effect. Result： The amount of bleeding,exhaust time,diet recovery time,hospitalization time and postoperative complication rate in the study group were better than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Combined endoscopic and laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment of gastric stromal tumors,simple operation,high safety and less complications.
