糖尿病合并肾病患者血糖与肾功能指标的相关性

Correlation between Blood Glucose and Renal Function Indexes of Patients with Diabetic Complicated with Nephropathy

目的:探讨糖尿病合并肾病患者血糖与肾功能指标的相关性。方法:选取笔者所在医院门诊2013年1月~2014年9月诊治的糖尿病患者120例,根据患者是否合并肾病分为单纯糖尿病组(60例)与糖尿病肾病组(60例),另选取同期健康体检者60例为对照组,通过检测三组血糖及肾功能指标,分析糖尿病肾病血糖与肾功能指标相关性。结果:三组FPG、Hb A1c、BUN、Cr水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并肾病患者BUN、Cr水平随FPG、BUN水平升高而升高,呈正相关关联。

Objective： To explore the relevance between blood glucose and renal function of patients with diabetic complicated with nephropathy. Methods： 120 cases of patients with diabetic treated in our hospital outpatient service from Jan 2013 to Sept 2014 were selected,and were divided into simple diabetes group（60 cases） and diabetic nephropathy group（60 cases） according to patients whether to complicate with nephropathy,and 60 cases of healthy physical examination in the same period were another selected as the control group. Blood glucose and renal function indexes were examined in the three groups,and the relevance were analyzed between blood glucose and renal function of patients with diabetic complicated with nephropathy. Results： The levels of FPG,HbA1c,BUN and Cr were significantly different in the three groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The levels of Cr and BUN increase with the level of BUN and FPG,showing positive correlation for patients with diabetic complicated with nephropathy.
