TP方案在食管癌术前化疗中的应用与效果研究

Study on the Application and Effect of TP in Preoperative Chemotherapy of Esophageal Carcinoma

目的:研究TP方案在食管癌术前化疗中的应用效果。方法:2013年1月~2015年12月枣庄矿业集团枣庄医院治疗中晚期食管癌患者60例,进行随机分组,对照组30例仅在术后给予化疗治疗,观察组30例在手术前应用TP化疗方案治疗,再进行手术治疗,比较两组患者食管癌完全切除率、复发率和1年生存率。结果:观察组食管癌完全切除率明显高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌患者术前应用TP方案化疗应用效果理想。

Objective： To study the effect of TP regimen in preoperative chemotherapy of esophageal carcinoma. Methods： From Jan 2013 to Dec 2015 in our hospital in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer in 60 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group were given after chemotherapy treatment,the observation group of 30 cases before surgery using TP chemotherapy treatment,and surgical treatment,esophageal cancer,the recurrence rate of complete resection rate and the 1 year survival rate of two groups were compared. Results： The complete resection rate of esophageal carcinoma in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）.Conclusion： The clinical application of TP regimen in patients with esophageal cancer is ideal.
