不同部位脑出血治疗中不同剂量甘露醇的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Different Doses of Mannitol in the Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage at Different Sites

目的:研究并分析治疗不同部位脑出血患者时使用不同剂量甘露醇的效果。方法:回顾性分析不同部位脑出血患者共66例的临床资料,按照甘露醇治疗剂量将其分为对照组(33例)和观察组(33例),对照组接受大剂量甘露醇治疗,观察组接受小剂量甘露醇治疗,将两组水肿程度、血肿程度及不良反应发生率进行观察和对比。结果:相较于对照组,观察组的水肿程度、血肿程度均更优;在不良反应发生率方面,观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在不同部位脑出血患者的治疗过程中,小剂量甘露醇的疗效更佳,在临床治疗中应根据患者的实际情况对药物剂量进行针对性调整,提高治疗安全性。

Objective： To study and analyze the effect of different doses of mannitol in the treatment of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in different parts of the brain. Methods： A retrospective analysis of clinical data of different parts of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with a total of 66 cases,according to the dose of mannitol treatment will be divided into control group（33 cases） and observation group（33 cases）,the control group received high-dose mannitol treatment,the observation group received low dose mannitol treatment,two groups of edema,hematoma and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results： Compared with the control group,the degree of edema and hematoma in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than in control group the,P 0. 05. Conclusion： The in treatment process of different parts of cerebral hemorrhage patients,efficacy of small doses of mannitol,in the clinical treatment should be based on the actual situation of the patients on drug dose targeted adjustment,improve the safety of treatment.
