双料喉风散联合用药应用于口腔溃疡治疗的效果分析

Analysis of Double-houfengsan Drug Combination Used in Treatment of Oral Ulcer

目的:分析双料喉风散联合用药应用于口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法:选择我院2014年1月~2016年12月收治的120例口腔溃疡为研究对象,根据双盲法将120例患者分成两组,其中60例患者仅应用双料喉风散治疗为对照组,另外60例患者在双料喉风散治疗基础上增加云南白药治疗为观察组,对比两组治疗效果和满意度。结果:治疗效果显示对照组治疗总有效率为83.33%,观察组为100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔溃疡应用双料喉风散联合用药治疗可以提高治疗效果和患者满意度,而且联合用药不会增加不良反应,利于患者及早恢复健康。

Objective： Analysis of Double-Houfengsan drug combination used in treatment of oral ulcer. Methods： 120 cases of oral ulcers were selected from Jan 2014 to Dec 2016. 120 patients were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method. Sixty patients were treated with Double-houfengsan Group,the other 60 patients in the Double-houfengsan treatment based on the increase in Yunnan Baiyao treatment for the observation group,the treatment and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results：The therapeutic effect was 83. 33 % in the control group,the observation group was 100 %. There were significant differences（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of oral ulcer combined with the treatment of oral ulcers can improve the therapeutic effect and patient satisfaction,and the combination therapy will not increase the adverse reactions,which will help the patients to return to health early.
