中药半夏泻心汤联合西药对胃溃疡的治疗效果评估

Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of TCM's Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with WM on Gastric Ulcer

目的:探究中药半夏泻心汤联合西药应用在胃溃疡患者中的临床效果。方法:2014年10月~2016年10月深圳市龙华新区人民医院收治胃溃疡患者86例,全部患者依照治疗方法的不同随机分成观察组与对照组,每组有43例患者。其中,对照组选择常规西药治疗,观察组选择中药半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗。结果:观察组患者为95.35%的有效率,对照组为76.74%,比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合西药对胃溃疡治疗具有着较好的临床效果,半夏泻心汤具有着活血止痛功效,加快胃黏膜上皮细胞的繁殖与生成,对于胃黏膜具备着明显的保护效果,且确保溃疡可尽快愈合。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of TCM＇s Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with WM in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods： 86 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods,and each group had a total of 43 patients in ourhospital from Oct 2014 to Oct 2016. Among them,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with WM.Results： In the observation group,the effective rate was 95. 35%,and that of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM combined with WM has a good clinical effect on the treatment of gastric ulcer,Banxia Xiexin decoction with promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,accelerate the reproduction and generation of gastric epithelial cells in gastric mucosa,has obvious protective effect,and can ensure the ulcer healing as soon as possible.
