小半夏橘皮竹茹汤治疗100例妊娠恶阻的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 100 Cases of Pregnancy Evil by Xiaobanxia Jupi Zhuru Decoction

目的:观察小半夏橘皮竹茹汤治疗妊娠恶阻的临床效果。方法:选取2013年6月-2015年1月收治的100例妊娠恶阻患者以随机分组方法均分为对照组50例(西医常规治疗)和观察组50例(小半夏橘皮竹茹汤配合西医常规治疗)。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(94.00%)高于对照组(74.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小半夏橘皮竹茹汤治疗妊娠恶阻能够显著提升治疗效果,明显缩短病程并降低复发率,且能明显促进胎儿良好发育。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xiaobanxia Jupi Zhuru Decoction in treating pregnancy evil. Methods：100 patients of pregnancy evil were selected from Jun 2013 to Jan 2015,according to the principle of randomization,patients were divided into control group（ western medicine routine treatment） and observation group（ western medicine routine treatment jointed Xiaobanxia Jupi Zhuru Decoction）,while 50 cases in each group. The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of pregnancy evil by the combination of Xiaobanxia Jupi Zhuru Decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the course of disease and reduce the recurrence rate,and can significantly promote the embryo development.
