社区医院慢病康复运动处方对糖尿病患者管理效果的研究

Study on the Effect of Chronic Disease Rehabilitation Exercise Prescription on Diabetes Mellitus in Community Hospital

目的:研究慢病康复运动处方对社区医院2型糖尿病患者管理的效果。方法:将2014年10月~2015年10月我院收治的70例糖尿病患者按照数字表法随机分成两组,其中35例为对照组,予以常规药物治疗,另外35例为实验组,在此基础上进行慢病康复运动处方管理,比较管理前后两组患者血糖、血脂等管理效果。结果:实验组患者经康复运动处方干预后,其上述各项指标较之于干预前都有显著改善,且明显优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者经康复运动处方干预后,其上述各项指标较之于干预前都有显著改善,且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢病康复运动处方在社区医院的应用可显著降低2型糖尿病患者体重、血糖及血脂,是科学的运动干预方法。

Objective： To study the effect of prescription of chronic disease rehabilitation exercise on management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in community hospital. Methods： 70 cases of diabetic patients admitted from Oct 2014 to Oct 2015 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method. Among them,35 cases were treated with conventional drugs and 35 cases were treated as experimental group. On the basis of chronic disease rehabilitation exercise prescription management,compared management before and after the two groups of patients with blood sugar,blood lipids and other management results. Results： The rehabilitation exercise prescription dry prognosis of patients in the experimental group,the above indexes were significantly improved compared with before intervention,and significantly better than the control group（ P 0. 05）,the prognosis of the rehabilitation exercise prescription stem patients in the experimental group,the above indexes were significantly improved compared with before intervention,and significantly better than the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of chronic disease rehabilitation exercise in community hospitals can significantly reduce body weight,blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is a scientific method of exercise intervention.
