乳腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫对外周血ICAM-1、CD44表达的影响及其意义

Effects and Significance of Mastoscopic Axillary Node Dissection on Expression of ICAM-1 and CD44 in Peripheral Blood

目的探讨乳腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫治疗乳腺癌的肿瘤学安全性。方法 2013年4月~2014年4月,将我院收治的52例乳腺癌患者按患者意愿分成乳腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫组(乳腔镜组,26例)和常规腋窝淋巴结清扫组(常规组,26例)。术前、术后1天、术后3天、术后5天抽取静脉血,应用ELISA法分析2组细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)及CD44的表达水平。结果乳腔镜组与常规组术前、术后1天、术后3天、术后5天静脉血ICAM-1及CD44水平均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论乳腔镜腋窝淋巴结清扫术与常规清扫手术一样,没有增加外周血ICAM-1、CD44的表达,具有一定的肿瘤学安全性。

Objective To investigate the oncologic safety of mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection （ MALND ） . Methods A total of 52 patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups depending on patient5 s choice the MALND group mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection, n = 2 6 ） and CALND group （co n v en t io n a l axillary lymph node d is se c t io n , n = 2 6 ） . The lood samples of the two groups were examined at preoperation and the 1st, 3 rd , and 5 th day after operation to analyze and compare the xpressions of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 （ICAM-1） and CD44. Results There were no s ta tistica l differences in serum levels f ICAM-1 and CD44 between the two groups at preoperation and the 1st,3 rd , and 5 th day after operation （ P 〉 0 . 0 5 ） . Conclusions As compared with CALND, MALND does not increase the expression of ICAM-1 and CD44 in peripheral blood. MALND is oncologically safe.
