不稳定型心绞痛护理中优质护理应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Excellent Nursing in the Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨优质护理在不稳定型心绞痛患者的护理中的应用效果分析。方法方便选取该院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的56例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组28例与对照组28例,对照组患者给予不稳定型心绞痛常规护理,观察组患者在给予不稳定型心绞痛常规护理的基础上,增加优质护理。对两组患者心绞痛临床指标与满意度进行对比。结果观察组患者发作次数(3.85±1.72)次/d、持续时间(10.37±2.94)min、硝酸甘油用量(7.97±3.23)mg/d均低于对照组患者发作次数(4.25±1.86)次/d、持续时间(11.29±3.02)min、硝酸甘油用量(10.93±3.65)mg/d。两组患者临床指标情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者28例,其中非常满意11例,比较满意15例,一般满意1例,不满意1例,总满意度为96.42%,对照组患者28例,其中非常满意3例,比较满意13例,一般满意8例,不满意4例,总满意度为85.71%。两组患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不稳定型心绞痛患者采用个性化的优质护理,可以改善患者的治疗效果,还能提升患者及其家属对护理的满意度,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To study the application effect of excellent nursing in the unstable angina pectoris. Methods 56 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group added the excellent nursing on the basis of the control group, and the clinical indexes and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The attack frequency, duration, dose of nitroglycerin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(3.85±1.72)times/d,(10.37±2.94)min,(7.97±3.23)mg/d vs(4.25±1.86)times/d,(11.29±3.02)min,(10.93±3.65)mg/d], and the differences in the clinical indexes between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), and in the observation group, 11 cases were very satisfied, 15 cases were more satisfied, 1 case was unsatisfied, and the total satisfactory rate was 96.42%, in the control group, 3 cases were very satisfied,13 cases were more satisfied, 8 cases were generally satisfied and 4 cases were unsatisfied and the total satisfied rate was85.71%, and the difference in the satisfactory degree between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The individualized excellent nursing of patients with unstable angina pectoris can improve the treatment effect and satisfactory degree of patients and their family, and it is worth clinical promotion in clinic.
