运动疗法联合饮食控制治疗95例糖尿病患者的临床研究

Clinical Research on Cinesiotherapy and Dieting Control in Treatment of 95 Cases of Diabetes Patients

目的研究运动疗法联合饮食控制治疗95例糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月—2016年12月该院收治的糖尿病患者190例,依据随机数字表法将190例糖尿病患者分为联合组(n=95)与对照组(n=95),对照组给予常规药物治疗。联合组在常规药物治疗基础上联合运动疗法及饮食控制治疗。观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)及胰岛素抵抗指数(IRS)及临床疗效。结果治疗后,联合组FBG、2 h PBG及Hb A1c水平均低于对照组[(5.63±0.55)mmol/Lvs(6.72±0.69)mmol/L]、[(8.24±0.83)mmol/Lvs(9.54±0.93)mmol/L]、[(6.37±0.64)%vs(6.97±0.71)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组ISI大于对照组[(-3.92±0.43)vs(-4.41±0.46)],IRS小于对照组[(0.52±0.17)vs(0.95±0.19)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率(97.89%)高于对照组(77.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法联合饮食控制治疗糖尿病疗效显著。

Objective To research the clinical curative effect of cinesiotherapy and dieting control in treatment of 95 cases of diabetes patients. Methods Convenient selection 190 cases of diabetes patients in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 95 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine drug treatment, while the combined group adopted the cinesiotherapy and dieting control on the basis of the control group, and the FBG, 2 h PBG, Hb A1 c, ISI and IRS and clinical curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the FBG,2 h PBG and Hb A1 c levels in the combined group were lower than those in the control group, [(5.63±0.55)mmol/Lvs(6.72±0.69)mmol/L],[(8.24±0.83)mmol/Lvs(9.54±0.93)mmol/L],[(6.37±0.64)% vs(6.97±0.71)%], and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), after treatment, the ISI in the combined group was bigger than that in the control group [(-3.92±0.43)vs(-4.41±0.46)], and the IRS was smaller than that in the control group[(0.52±0.17)vs(0.95±0.19)], and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(97.89% vs 77.89%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of cinesiotherapy and dieting control in treatment of diabetes patients is obvious.
