摘要
目的研究缺血性肠炎临床诊疗的进展。方法方便选取该院2015年5月—2017年3月间消化内科收治的缺血性肠炎患者61例,依据病因分类、病例特点的差异,判断患者临床诊疗效果。结果临床诊疗有效为98.36%。结论缺血性肠炎因早期临床症状特异性的不足,诊断难度较高,易误诊,临床医师应高度警惕。
Objective To research the progress of clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of ischemic colitis. Methods 61 cases of patients with ischemic colitis admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to March 2017 were convenient selected and the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect was determined according to the differences in the cause classification and case features. Results The clinical effective rate of clinical diagnosis and treatment was 98.36%. Conclusion The specificity of early clinical symptoms of ischemic colitis is insufficient, and the diagnosis difficulty is high and it is easy to misdiagnosis, and the clinical doctors should pay highly attention.
