鼻内镜联合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的临床效果以及术后复发情况

Clinical Effect of Nasal Endoscope and Glucocorticoids in Treatment of Nasal Polyps and Postoperative Recurrence Situation

目的探讨鼻内镜联合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉的治疗效果。方法方便选取南通大学附属建湖医院自2013年5月—2016年5月收治的150例鼻息肉患者分为两组,给予两组患者鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组患者则同时接受糖皮质激素治疗,观察两组患者治疗与康复状况。结果观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间均明显少于参考组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率与半年内复发率分别为97.3%、2.7%,参考组治疗总有效率与6个月内复发率分别为86.7%、16.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗前、后Lund-Mackey鼻窦CT评分、SNOT-20评分改善情况明显优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜与糖皮质激素联合治疗鼻息肉能够有效改善临床症状,提高治疗效果与患者生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of nasal endoscope and glucocorticoids in treatment of Nasal polyps and postoperative recurrence situation. Methods 150 cases of patients with nasal polyps admitted and treated in our hospital from May2013 to May 2016 were convenient selected and treated with nasal endoscopic surgery, and the observation group were treated with glucocorticoids, and the treatment and recurrence situations of the two groups were observed. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount and operation time in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the total treatment effective rate and recurrence rate within half a year in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 97.3%、2.7% and 86.7%、16.0%, and the differences were obvious(P<0.05), and the improvement situations of Lund-Mackey paranasal sinus CT score and SNOT-20 score before and after treatment in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The nasal endoscope and glucocorticoids in treatment of Nasal polyps and postoperative recurrence situation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
