糖尿病周围神经病变应用不同药物治疗临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Different Drugs Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变应用不同药物治疗临床疗效,为临床应用提供科学理论依据。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月在该院治疗的伴有周围神经病变的糖尿病患者118例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组59例。对照组采用生理盐水配合甲钴胺静脉滴注治疗,观察组采用硫酸锌配合生理盐水静脉滴注进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗情况及不良反应等情况。结果对照组总有效率为57.62%,观察组总有效率为94.75%,观察组患者生理功能明显好于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病伴有周围神经病变患者采用硫酸锌进行治疗,可有效改善患者各项症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高治疗效果,具有临床应用意义。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of different drugs treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy thus providing scientific theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods 118 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 59 cases in each, the control group adopted the intravenous drip treatment of normal saline and mecobalamin, while the observation group adopted the intravenous drip treatment of zinc sulfate and normal saline, and the treatment situation and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 57.62% and 94.75%, and the physical function in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The zinc sulfate in treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve various symptoms of patients, relieve the pains and improve the treatment effect, and it is of clinical application significance.
