临床护理路径在川崎病患儿护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Nursing of Children with Kawasaki Diseases

目的探讨临床护理路径在川崎病患儿护理中的应用价值。方法该研究整群选取2015年1—12月将该院收治的56例川崎病患儿,随机分为对照组和研究组,分别采用常规护理和临床护理路径干预,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组在经临床健康教育路径护理后,其疾病知识的知晓率(96.43%)、护理服务满意度(92.86%)及健康行为合格率(96.43%)均明显高于对照组(75.00%、53.57%、71.43%)(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗依从性(96.43%)明显优于对照组(82.14%),住院时间[(15.69±3.53)d]明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论通过临床护理路径对川崎病患儿实施健康教育可以有效提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application value of clinical nursing path in the nursing of children with Kawasaki diseases. Methods 56 cases of children with Kawasaki diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were group selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the research group were respectively treated with routine nursing and clinical nursing path intervention, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the awareness rate of disease knowledge, satisfactory degree of nursing services and qualified rate of healthy behavior in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group,(96.43%,92.86%, 96.43% vs 75.00%,53.57%,71.43%)(P<0.05), and the treatment compliance in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group(96.43% vs 82.14%), and the length of stay was obviously shortened, which was(15.69±3.53)d in the research group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of health education in the clinical nursing path for patients with Kawasaki diseases can effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree and shorten the length of stay, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
