分析中药联合耳尖放血治疗突发性耳聋16例的可行性研究

Research on Feasibility of TCM and Bloodletting in Ear Apex in Treatment of 16 Cases with Sudden Deafness

目的探讨中药联合耳尖放血治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法 2013年12月—2017年4月期间方便选择北京市海淀区青龙桥社区卫生服务中心16例诊断为肝火上炎型突发性耳聋的患者,给予龙胆泻肝汤加减联和耳尖放血治疗,7 d为1疗程,共2个疗程,探究治疗效果。结果治愈8例,显效4例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率为87.5%。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减联合耳尖放血治疗肝火上炎型突发性耳聋疗效显著,操作简便易行、安全,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of TCM and bloodletting in ear apex in treatment of 16 cases with sudden deafness. Methods From December 2013 to April 2017 Select 16 cases of patients with liver inflammation sudden deafness in our hospital from December 2013 to April 2017 were conveniently selected and treated with bloodletting in ear apex, and 1 treatment course was 7 days, 2 treatment courses in total, and the treatment effect was studied. Results 8cases were cured, 4 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.5%. Conclusion The curative effect of modified longdan xiegan tang and bloodletting in ear apex in treatment of liver inflammation sudden deafness is obvious, and the operation is simple and safe, and it is worth clinical promotion.
