离子导入在寻常痤疮中的美容效果研究

Research on Cosmetic Result of Iontophoresis in the Acne Vulgaris

目的对离子导入在寻常痤疮患者治疗中的美容效果观察。方法在该院2013年12月—2016年12月实施治疗的寻常痤疮患者中随机选取100例,依照患者治疗方式将其分成两组,其中对照组患者实施口服灭滴灵片、复合维生素B片,观察组患者实施中频中药离子导入治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,和对照组患者相比,观察组患者的第1个疗程、第2个疗程和第3个疗程的临床治疗总有效率均偏高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中在第1疗程,对照组和观察组患者的总有效率分别为52.0%和68.0%;第2个疗程,对照组和观察组患者的总有效率分别为64.0%和86.0%;第3个疗程,对照组和观察组患者的总有效率分别为68.0%和92.0%。结论离子导入在寻常痤疮患者临床治疗中的应用,能够显著改善患者症状,取得良好美容效果,值得推广。

Objective To observe the cosmetic result of Iontophoresis in the acne vulgaris. Methods 100 cases of acne vulgaris patients treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method, and the control group took the metronidazole tablets and compound vitamin B tablets orally. Results The total clinical effective rates in the first treatment course, second treatment course and third treatment course were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were Statiscally significant(P<0.05), and The total effective rate in the control group and in the observation group in the first, second and third treatment courses were respectively 52.0% and 68.0%, 64.0% and 86.0% and 68.0% and 92.0%. Conclusion The application of Iontophoresis in the acne vulgaris can obviously improve the symptoms of patients thus obtaining a good cosmetic result, which is worth promotion.
