头皮针运动疗法与体针在治疗中风后遗症疗效对比

Comparison of Curative Effect of Scalp Acupuncture Therapy and Body Acupuncture in Treatment of Sequela of Apoplexy

目的探讨头皮针运动疗法与体针在治疗中风后遗症疗效对比。方法将2016年4月—2017年4月在该院针灸科治疗的120例中风后遗症患者随机分为两组,对照组采用体针治疗,观察组采用头皮针运动疗法治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能改善情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,治愈率为18.33%,对照组的治疗有效率为78.33%,治愈率为10.00%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Brunnstrom评分(4.38±1.12)分、FMA评分(24.94±7.21)分及FCA评分(7.95±2.91)分均明显较对照组(3.52±1.06)分、(20.14±7.96)分以及(5.22±2.17)分高,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头皮针运动疗法治疗中风后遗症疗效更佳,能有效改善肢体运动功能,促进整体症状的改善,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To study the comparison of curative effect of Scalp acupuncture therapy and body acupuncture in treatment of sequela of apoplexy. Methods 120 cases of patients with sequela of apoplexy treated in our hospital from April2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group were treated with scalp acupuncture therapy and body acupuncture, and the clinical curative effect and nerve function improvement situation were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was 95.3% and the cure rate was 18.33%.The effective rate was 78.33% in the control group and the cure rate was 10%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of Brunnstrom score(4.38 ±1.12)points, FMA score(24.94 ±7.21)points and FCA score(7.95 ±2.91)points were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(3.52 ±1.06)points,(20.14 ±7.96) points,(5.22 ±2.17)points, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of scalp acupuncture therapy in treatment of sequela of apoplexy is better, which can effectively improve the limb motor function and promote the improvement of holistic symptoms, and it is of positive significance.
