CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的临床价值

Clinical Value of CT in Diagnosis of Recurrence of Colon Cancer before and after Operation

目的探析CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的临床价值。方法方便选取该院2013年1月—2016年12月期间收治的100例结肠癌患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均经过手术病理诊断得到证实,均给予术前CT检查及术后病理检查,并在术后半年内进行复诊,分析CT诊断结果与病理检查结果。结果 100例结肠癌患者,以CT术前诊断,显示阳性94例,检出率(94/100)94.0%,术前病理检查,显示阳性100例,检出率(100/100)100.0%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后半年复诊,40例复发,以CT诊断,检出率(36/40)90.0%,病理检查,检出率(40/40)100.0%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT诊断对TNM III期和IV期的检出率均为100.0%显著高于I期、II期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的准确率高,对指导临床治疗的价值高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical value of CT in diagnosis of recurrence of colon cancer before and after operation. Methods 100 cases of patients with colon cancer diagnosed in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were convenient selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the patients were confirmed by the operative pathology, and the patients were examined by the CT before operation and pathology after operation, and the patients were reexamined in half a year after surgery, and the CT diagnostic results and pathological examination results were compared.Results The CT diagnosis before operation showed that there were 94 positive cases and the test rate was(94/100)94.0% in the 100 cases, and the pathological examination before surgery showed that there were 100 positive cases and the test rate was(100/100)100.0%, and the difference between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05), and the reexamination in half a year after surgery showed that 40 cases recurred and the test rate was(36/40)90.0% by the CT, and the pathological examination showed that the test rate was(40/40)100.0%, and the difference between groups was not obvious(P>0.05), and the test rates of CT to the TNM III stage and IV stage were respectively 100.0% and 100.0%, and the differences were obvious(P <0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of CT in diagnosis of recurrence of colon cancer before and after operation is high, and the guidance value of clinical treatment is high, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
