摘要
柜门是衣柜中使用频率最高的部件之一,通常柜门是通过铰链和柜体连接在一起的,并实现开合的正常使用,因而铰链的连接强度对柜门的安装强度有着重要的影响。本文以杨木柜门为研究对象,研究了铰链铰杯大小,铰链底座安装螺钉种类,以及螺钉拧入力矩大小对柜门安装强度的影响。实验结果显示40杯铰链连接强度大于35杯铰链;底座螺钉选用EUR螺钉时连接强度大于自攻螺钉和自攻螺钉加膨胀管;并且在一定范围内拧入力矩越大连接强度越大。
Door is one of the most frequently used parts in the closet. Door is connected with cabinet and implementation function by the hinge. Therefore, the connection strength of the hinge has an important influence on the installation strength of the door. In this paper, taking poplar wardrobe door as the research object, the influence of the mounting screw of the hinge base, and its screw torque and the size of the hinge cup are studied. Experimental results show that 40 mm cup hinges has a greater strength than that of 35 mm cup hinges, The EUR screw using in hinges base has greater strength than that of screw and screw mounted in plastic sleeves, and to some extent, the greater the torque of the base screw is, the greater the bonding strength become.
