城乡物流一体化构架下的供应链博弈分析

The Game Analysis of Supply Chain Based on Urban-rural Logistics Integration

配送中心对城乡物流一体化的发展具有重要作用,以由单供应商-配送中心-单零售商组成的三级供应链作为研究对象,建立了供应链博弈模型,采取集中决策的方式求出了供应链的最大总利润,并通过制定合理的产品(服务)价格设计了供应链利益共享合作契约。最后利用算例分析证实了将物流配送业务外包给第三方配送中心确实可以增加供应链的总利润,有利于促进城乡物流一体化的发展,并指出在配送中心、供应商、零售商的三方合作过程中,配送中心不能表现出过强的谈判能力,否则会破坏三方合作。

The distribution center has an important role to the development of urban-rural logistics integration. Taking the supply chain which consists of a supplier,distribution center and a retailer as research object,the paper establishes the game model of supply chain. It takes centralized decision mode to find out the maximum total profit of supply chain,and design benefit sharing cooperation contract by making reasonable product（ service） price. Finally,a numerical example is given to verify that outsourcing logistics to the third party distribution center can indeed increase the total profit of supply chain,and is useful to promote the development of urban-rural logistics integration. The research conclusion shows that distribution center should not show strong bargaining power,otherwise would destroy the third parties＇ cooperation.
