我国是一个多民族的大国,各民族在社会实践过程中会逐渐形成独具本民族特色的生态文化和思维方式。利用逻辑来探讨民族村寨规约的合理性,是逻辑学研究领域不可忽视的一个重要问题。本文借助锦屏县文斗村的契约文书和碑刻文化,从逻辑的视角来审视文斗人独特的说理方式,分析其部分规约产生的根源性、合理性和实效性,探讨文斗规约对推进社会建设和改变社会风气的实践意义。

China is a multi-ethnic country,and various nationalities have gradually formed ecological cultures and thinking ways with unique national characteristics. It is an important problem that using logic to study the rationality of the statute of the ethic villages in the logic field. On the basis of contract documents and the stone tablet inscriptions of Wendou Village in Jinpin County,from the perspective of logic,the paper examined the unique way of reasoning holding by people at the Wendou village,analyzed the cause,rationality and effectiveness of the statutes,and its practical significance in the promotion of social development and change the general mood of society.
