产学研合作背景下新建本科院校“双师型”教师队伍培养策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 "双师型"教师队伍建设是新建本科院校转型发展的重要内容之一,是向应用型大学转型的根本保证。如何培养"双师型"教师已成为新建本科院校转型发展最关键的问题之一。本文旨在探索产学研合作背景下新建本科院校"双师型"教师队伍培养策略,结合贵州省少数民族地区实情,提出了培养"双师型"教师的具体策略,具有一定的借鉴意义。 The teaching staff construction of double professional teachers is one of the most important components for newly-built undergraduate colleges( NUC) in their transformational development. In addition,it is the fundamental guarantee for the successful transformation of the application-oriented universities. Then,how to train double professional teachers has become one of the most pivotal problems for the NUC. This study aims to explore the training strategies of double professional teachers for NUCs in the context of IUR collaboration. Based on the current situation in the ethnic minority groups region of Guizhou province,this study puts forward some specific strategies for training double professional teachers,and hopefully,it may offer some references for other NUCs.
