摘要
由于高中招生规模的扩大,生源质量大大降低,教师在教学中成就感降低。加上近年来各种政策和社会现象的影响,导致部分教师产生职业倦怠感。而教师的工作倦怠对教师的发展和学生的成长有消极的影响。本研究以凯里市三所中学218位教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,分析中学教师的工作倦怠状况和产生的原因。研究发现:凯里市高中教师的工作倦怠为中等水平,随年龄增长而降低,重点高中教师的工作倦怠较低,性别及班主任工作等因素对其工作倦怠的影响较低。
Due to the expansion of recruitment scale in senior high school,the quality of students is greatly reduced,and the sense of teachers' achievement in teaching is also reduced. Furthermore,having the influence of different kinds of policies,teachers' work tiredness became more and more serious,which could affect teacher's development and the growth of the students. Taking 218 teachers in three senior high schools as the research participants,the current paper adopted questionnaire to collect data and analyzed the present situation and the causes of teachers ' work tiredness. The study found that teachers' work tiredness was at middle level,and decreased along with the age growth; additionally,teachers' work tiredness in the key senior high school was lower,and factors such as gender and the work as head teacher have lower impact on teachers' work tiredness.
