摘要
采用溶液培养研究方法,研究缺素处理对猕猴桃幼苗叶片生长发育的影响。结果表明,从6月16日定植到7月11日,大部分处理的猕猴桃幼苗长势较好,有新叶萌发,生长迅速。部分缺素处理的猕猴桃幼苗叶片表现出缺素症状。从7月11日到8月7日,所有缺素处理的幼苗状态不佳,新叶生长缓慢或停止。到8月7日,除完全营养液的处理外,其余所有缺素处理的猕猴桃叶片均表现出缺素症状。
The solution cultivation methods was taken to study the effects of deficiency on the kiwifruit leaves. The results showed, from June 16 th to July 11 th, kiwifruit plants of most treatments grew well, new leaves have sprout and grew rapidly. Kiwifruit leaves of several deficiency treatments showed deficiency symptoms. From July 11 th to August 7th, kiwifruit plants of all deficiency treatments were in poor growth states, new leaves grew slowly or stopped growing at all. Until August7 th, except for the complete nutrient solution treatment, kiwifruit leaves of all other deficiency treatments showed deficiency symptoms.
