The author conducts an investigation and analysis on the cataloging standard control in the public libraries in Huangshan City. Through sorting out the problems existing in their daily actual work, the author reveals the reasons why the this pitfalls have happened so widely and frequently and proposes concrete countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the cataloging standard control.
