水厂池体混凝土防渗措施的探索与应用

Measures and application of seepage prevention measures of concrete tank body

池体是净水厂的储水设施,是净水厂土建工程中的重要构筑物,净水厂池体工程混凝土防渗漏问题关系到池体混凝土施工质量的好坏、池体使用寿命及运行效率。以上高县某净水厂为例,结合多个工程的实践,对水厂池体工程混凝土防渗漏措施进行了探索与应用,通过这些措施提高了水池混凝土施工质量,达到了池体工程质量控制的目标。

The tank body,the water reservoir of water plants,is an important facility in the water tank project of the water plant. The leakage prevention of concrete in water tank project is related to the quality of concrete construction,the service life of the tank and the operation efficiency. In this paper,taking a water plant in Shanggao County for example and considering the practice of some other projects,we developed some measures to prevent the water leakage of concretes in the tank projects. It is proved that the developed measures can improve the quality of water concrete construction so as to achieve the goal of project quality control of the tank body.
