摘要
通过Solidworks软件建立攀岩机的三维模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对其中的关键机构进行静力学分析,求解了应力与变形情况,验证了中间支撑轴、传动链条与攀岩板连接处设计的合理性。研究成果为室内攀岩机的理论设计和实际工程应用提供了理论依据。
The paper aims to establish a 3D model of rock climbing machine through the Solidworks software,using ANSYS Workbench software to take the static analysis of the key mechanism for solving the stress and deformation. The results have verified the rationality of intermediate support shaft and the connection between the drive chain and the climbing board. The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the theoretical design and practical application of indoor rock climbing machine.
