Research on the Particularity for Poverty-Stricken Areas in Western China to Contribute and Cevelop Public Culture

以西部贫困地区为切入点,以重庆为主要案例,分析西部贫困地区公共文化建设的重要价值,对西部贫困地区公共文化建设的特殊性进行探讨,提出推动西部贫困地区公共文化建设实现跨越式发展的策略,以期破解特殊性的现实紧迫问题。

With the research view of western poverty-stricken area and the main case of Chongqing,the paper analyzes the important value of the public cultural construction of western poverty-stricken area,and its particularity. It also puts forward some strategies to promote the great-leap-forward development of public cultural construction of poverty-stricken areas in western China aim at solving the urgent realistic problem of particularity.
