摘要
高效率不对称催化的芳香酮与芳香醛的直接Aldol反应是不对称催化反应面临的一个较长时期的挑战.近年来,在不对称金属催化反应和有机不对称催化反应取得巨大进步的推动下,无论是不对称金属催化还是有机催化条件下,芳香酮与芳香醛或高活性芳香酮之间的直接不对称Aldol反应均取得了积极的进展.本文就近年来该反应的进展做一综述,期望以此为基础,在这一领域有较快的、更大的发展.
It has been a long-standing challenge in organic chemistry to achieve highly efficient direct enantioselective aldol reactions of aromatic ketones and aldehydes under asymmetric catalytic conditions.Recently,with significant developments in metal-catalyzed and organocatalyzed enantioselective transformations,the goal of direct asymmetric aldol reactions of aromatic aldehydes or highly reactive aromatic ketones seems achievable;several improvements have been reported for chiral metal complex-based catalysts and organocatalysts.This article reviews the recent reports of catalytic asymmetric direct aldol reactions between arylketones and arylaldehydes or reactive arylketones.
