摘要
目的:优化新型植物卡拉胶软胶囊的处方和工艺,与传统动物明胶软胶囊进行性能对比,从而研制出一种新型软胶囊以替代明胶软胶囊使用。方法:通过响应面设计对卡拉胶软胶囊囊皮的处方进行优化,确定其最佳处方条件;在此处方条件下,通过单因素考察确定软胶囊最优生产工艺,并以鱼油作为内容物中试生产鱼油卡拉胶软胶囊,在高温、高湿和光照试验条件下与鱼油明胶软胶囊进行性能比较。结果:卡拉胶软胶囊制成的囊皮具有耐高温、低吸湿性、硬度高、含水量低、柔韧性较好的优点。结论:新型植物卡拉胶软胶囊的性能接近甚至在耐高温、耐高湿、不易粘连、不发生交联反应等方面已经优于明胶软胶囊,可替代明胶软胶囊使用,拓宽了软胶囊应用范围和适用人群。
Objective. To optimize the prescription and process of new vegetable-carrageenan soft capsule, and compare the perform- ance with the traditional animal gelatin capsules. Methods. To optimize by response surface design of prescription carrageenan soft capsule shell, and determine the best formulation conditions; in this prescription condition, by using single factor test to determine the production process, with fish oil as the contents to product carrageenan fish oil soft capsule, and it was compared with fish oil ge- latin capsules under the 10-day perid of stress test. Results:The carrageenan capsule has the advantages of high temperature resist- ance, low hygroscopicity, high hardness, low water content, and good flexibility. Conclusion:The performance of carrageenan soft capsule is close to or even in high temperature resistance and low hygroscopicity beyond the soft gelatin capsule, and it can be used to replace gelatin glue capsule, which broadens the scope of application and use in soft capsule.
