人参叶中多种农药残留的气相色谱-串联质谱快速分析方法研究

摘要 目的:应用气相色谱-质谱技术建立一种快速检测人参叶中74种农药残留的分析方法。方法:样品用乙腈提取,经QuEChERS试剂盒净化后,利用气相色谱-质谱在分时段多反应监测模式下进行定性分析,采用内标法定量。结果:农药对照品在0.05~0.4mg·kg^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,回收率在84%~112%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<15%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速且具有良好的准确度和灵敏度,适用于人参叶中多种农药残留的测定。 Objective: To develop an analysis method based on gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (GC-M$) to determine 74 kinds of pesticide residue for ginseng leaves rapidly. Methods:The sample was extracted with acetone, purified by QuEChERS kit. Qualitative analysis was carried out by GC-MS under multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM). Internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results: The linear range of this method was 0.05 ~ 0.4 mg · kg1. The recovery was 84 % ~ 112 % with relative standard deviations (RSD) better than 15 % (n= 6). Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable for the multiresidues analysis of pesticides in ginseng leaves.
